History

Little is detailed about Iron Fist’s life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however it can be presumed that it followed much the same path as Iron Fist (Earth-616).

Spiderman and Ashley J. Williams witness him being bitten by an infected Black Cat.

Presumably, Daniel receives a call from Nick Fury to join the resistance aboard the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, and leaves to join them, hiding his injury from the rest of the Resistance and fighting off the infection for an incredible length of time

With the extremely varied bunch all assembled on the Helicarrier, Nick explains how serious he believes the situation to be; that it is the end of the world. He also explains that whatever the histories of those assembled, they are all on the same side.

He is sent down as part of a team to look for survivors, and whether through Black Cat's bite, or falls to Power Man, Danny finally succumbs to the infection.

When Beast and Reed Richards find a sizeable stash of meat in Latveria and the surrounding area, a zombified Iron Fist and a huge horde zombies head off to lay siege to Castle Doomstadt.

Unable to gain access to the fortress, presumably, Iron Fist gets held up by the risen Deadite Legion, and at some point returns to New York, but his ultimate fate is unknown.

In New York, Danny joins up with Spiderman and a small group of zombies to search for food. They strike it lucky when Spidey catches Reed Richards in his webbing as the young Mr Fantastic is lost in the ruined city. Unfortunately Reed gets away when Magneto drops hundreds of cars on the massed zombie horde.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Chi Augmentation: Plunging his fists into the molten heart of Shou-Lao the Undying gave Rand the power of the Iron Fist, allowing him to focus his chi and enhance his natural abilities to extraordinary levels.

  • Peak Human Strength: Typically, Iron Fist possesses the normal physical strength of a man of his particular age, height, and build that engages in intense regular exercise. Ordinarily, he can lift about 300 lbs. While not superhuman, he can be almost as strong as it is possible for a human to be without being classified as superhuman. He can lift about 750 lbs with supreme effort.
  • Peak Human Speed: Iron Fist is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest Olympic sprinter. He can reach a top speed of about 35 miles per hour.
  • Peak Human Stamina: Iron Fist's musculature is enhanced to generate less fatigue toxins than the musculature of most human beings. He can exert himself physically at peak capacity for about one hour before fatigue begins to impair him.
  • Peak Human Agility: Iron Fist's natural agility, balance, and bodily coordination are superior to those of any Olympic athlete that has ever competed.
  • Peak Human Reflexes: Iron Fist's reaction time if susperior to that of any Olympic athlete that has ever competed.
  • Peak Human Durability: The tissues of Iron Fist's body are harder than those of most humans. While he is still vulnerable to physical injury, his ability to withstand physical trauma is superior to that of most other humans.
  • Iron Fist Punch: By summoning his chi and focusing it into his hand, he can draw upon the superhuman energy derived from the heart of the mystic serpent Shou-Lao and make his fist inhumanly powerful and superhumanly resistant to injury and pain.
  • Enhanced Sight: He has unusually keen eyesight, but it is unclear if it extends to superhuman level.

    Abilities

Iron Fist is an exceptional athlete, acrobat, and hand-to-hand combatant.

Master Martial Artist: He is a master of all of K'un-Lun's martial arts and many of Earth's, trained in the use of virtually all martial arts weapons.
