History

Former prison for psychopathic superhumans, declared "capital of the new Kree Empire" by Marvel Boy ^[1] during the Civil War. The Cube was affected by the Skrull Virus that attacked all Stark Tech during the Skull Secret Invasion. The inmates all escaped and Noh-Varr himself left. In the aftermath of the Skrull Invasion Norman Osborn used it as a base for his Thunderbolts covert ops team.
