Synopsis for "Desolation"
Jean Grey and Beast stumble through the frozen wasteland of Antarctica while the other X-Men are revealed to have survived, and had tunneled their way into the Savage Land. Jean and Beast get back to the mansion, where Jean tells the professor that the other X-Men are dead. The X-men, however, are enjoying some time off before withdrawing from the Savage Land, and Cyclops tries to figure out how to tell the professor that Jean and Beast are dead. However, tranquility isn't to last as Ororo gets ambushed by a mysterious person.
