Synopsis for "Showdown!"

Storm picks the locks of their restraining devices, freeing the X-men. Magneto returns to find Nanny spinning in circles, and is suddenly ambushed by the X-men. They batter him with hit-and-run tactics, seriously injuring him - and then the base starts to flood with magma! (Phoenix's attack knocked out the base computer system). Magneto flees, leaving the molten rock to finish his foes. Phoenix manages to save herself and Beast, finding themselves stranded in Antarctica. And the other X-Men?...
