Synopsis for "Third Genesis"

After the disbanding of the Defenders, Hank McCoy and Bobby Drake try to return to civilian life with little success. Jean Grey has been released from the stasis the Phoenix Force put her in by Mister Fantastic, and she wants to see her former lover Scott Summers again. Warren Worthington informs Scott that Jean is alive, and Summers immediately leaves his wife, Madelyne, and baby son, Nathan, to be with Jean in New York.
After forming X-Factor, with some resistance from Cyclops, the team save Rusty Collins from military police that are hunting him in San Diego.
