Synopsis for "Frightful: Part 1"

The zombie Fantastic Four is imprisoned in a room that is made up of the template used to lock up Bruce Banner. The zombie Reed tells Reed that this is just temporary accommodation, due to Reed's softness and inability to "get rid of" the zombies.

A little while later, Johnny is sitting in the room with the zombie Fantastic Four. The zombie Reed is finishing giving Johnny a recipe for a "super beer" that won't cause a hangover and will be ready in a few minutes. Johnny tells him that he is the coolest person ever, but asks if it will cause an explosion that frees them. But Reed tells him that they already have a plan to escape, but they're not ready yet.

A little while later, Ben is sulking in Central Park. But in the Baxter Building, the zombie Reed tells Sue that Ben's problems will be the least of their problems, because they are escaping in a week. But in Central Park, Ben is encountered by Alicia Masters. She asks Ben if he has a girlfriend because she is impressed by his ability to show his feelings. Ben introduces himself, and asks Alicia why she has sunglasses. She tells him that she is blind, and Ben starts bragging about himself. However, a mechanical bird is watching them. It is a camera that is allowing Doctor Doom to monitor Ben. He reveals a plan that he will begin tomorrow.
