- In this issue, Anthony Stark is presumed dead. Jim Rhodes becomes CEO of Stark Enterprises. He then promptly fires Vice President (and his romantic interest) Marcy Pearson. Rhodes also becomes the new Iron Man by donning the War Machine Armor.
