Synopsis for "Re-Enter: The Missing Link"

Hulk arrives in a little miner town where is housed by a little family and their uncle, alias the Missing Link, who was thought dead. Life goes slowly by until the family's little boy gets sick. Bruce believes he owes the family, and finds out that the boy is sick because of his uncle. When confronting the Missing Link with the information, the Missing Link goes wild and summons the Hulk. Suddenly after a long battle, the mine collapse and the Missing Link and the Hulk are buried. When the family digs out the Missing Link and takes him back to their house, the Hulk figures that they can love a monster.

Notes

  • First appearance of the Brickford family. They appear next in Rom, the Space Knight #29.


Trivia

  • The Missing Link is named "Lincoln" in this issue; an obvious play on the word "Link".
