Synopsis for "Triumph on Terra-Two!"

The Hulk is on Counter-Earth and a recruit in the revolutionary army of Warlock. Unfortunately, Warlock has just been executed by the Man-Beast, who is impersonating Rex Carpenter, president of the United States. Warlock reverts to his cocoon form, and the Hulk carries the cocoon to the Virginia woods. Warlock's followers find him there and convince him to lay the cocoon in a cave.

Meanwhile, the Man-Beast drops his pretense and shows his true nature to the country. He orders the first strikes of World War III, ostensibly to strike back against the enemies of America, but in reality to destroy humanity. When he presses the launch button, the Hulk bursts into the White House. The military leaders have chosen to subvert the Man-Beast's orders, so Counter-Earth is safe for the moment. Man-Beast's hate-force fails to work against the Hulk.

Back in Virginia, Warlock emerges from his cocoon. When he reaches Washington, he devolves Man-Beast and his henchmen to their original forms. After an inspirational speech, he flies into the heavens to save other worlds.
