Synopsis for "I Am Legend"
Cap chases Father Time across an unknown dimension, meeting many mythical American heroes along the way. The chase seems to turn out to be an elaborate illusion in order to get Cap out of the Mansion so his friends could throw him a surprise party for being alive "50 years".

Synopsis for "Fighting Side by Side with Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos"
This is a retelling of the story from Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos #13 (Dec. 1964), presenting the first meeting between these WW II legends from Cap and Bucky's point of view rather than Fury's. There are several panel similarities (with much great Kirbyesque art!) and some story alterations. Begins with Cap and Bucky "Somewhere along the northern coastline of France), where Nazis have been massing. They come upon the use of slave labor to build a tunnel under the channel. Bucky infliltrates the operation disguised as a member the the HJ (Hitler Youth). Cap, posing as a civilian "captive," links up with Fury and Co. to take down the operation.
