Synopsis for "Fear Grows in Brooklyn"

While encountering organized crime in Brooklyn, Captain America encounters the Punisher (Frank Castle). These two individuals clash as their methods of combatting crime are very dissimilar (The Punisher has no qualms about killing mob members). The mobsters are eventually defeated and taken into custody, but the Punisher escapes.
