Synopsis for "Court-Martial"

Captain America charges Yellowjacket with reckless behavior in battle, and although each member has his misgivings, the Avengers schedule a formal court-martial hearing. The Wasp tries in vain to cheer her despondent husband, but Hank closets himself in his lab until the day of the meeting. When a worried Jan investigates, she discovers that he has built an adamantium robot to attack the Avengers, a menace which only he can defeat, thus proving his worth. When Jan begs him not to carry out his mad plan, he strikes her and forces her to agree not to expose him. The trial begins, and Captain America states his case, but when Hank tries to present his defense, he begins to rant insanely. Realizing that he is losing his credibility, Hank activates the robot, but its unexpectedly savage assault fells all present, including himself, and it falls to the Wasp to disable the automaton. Disgraced, Yellowjacket turns and leaves the mansion.
