Synopsis for "Siege by Stealth and Storm!"

Graviton crushes a rebellion of his fellow scientists and levitates them back to the surface, keeping only Judy Parks, the object of his unrequited desire, with him as he sends the island of rock containing the research center hurtling eastward until it comes to rest directly over New York. He then issues an ultimatum to the United Nations; world control must be ceded to him or he will destroy Earth's greatest cities. The Black Panther and Thor arrive at Avengers Mansion and devise a plan: Thor engages Graviton in combat, while the Panther frees their captive teammates. The ensuing battle lasts only moments, however, as Graviton encloses all ten heroes in an impenetrable force field. However, when it appears that a desperate Judy has hurled herself from the sky-island, Graviton goes wild, his power running out of control. The island breaks up, its fragments converging on Graviton, and, as the Avengers escape, the entire mass is fused into a compact, incredibly dense falling sphere. Thor. Iron Man. the Vision, and Wonder Man manage to prevent it from destroying the city and hurt it out to sea. Returning to headquarters, they discover that Jarvis, piloting a sky-sled, has saved Judy.
