While the issue claimed that Stevie had a run-in with the Hulk (and mentioned the story hadn't been told yet) and Stevie himself planned on seeking revenge on the Avengers, this is the only appearance of the character. Which means that there's no telling of how he lost the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak.
