Synopsis for "Gifted (Part 1)"

Kitty Pryde remembers her past years with the X-Men as she returns to the X-Mansion. With Professor Xavier away, the X-Mansion is reopened to teach young mutants how to use thiers powers for good by Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Kitty Pryde, and Wolverine. At the orientation, the X-Men set a Danger Room simulation of Sentinels to prove that the humans will always hate mutants. The next morning Logan returns and fights with Cyclops who is made that Scott is in love Emma Frost even after Jean's death. The X-Men have a meeting and decide that they must be heroes again and astonish the humans. Elsewhere, there is a hostage situation carried out by a being known as Ord.
