HistoryEdit

City is the living embodiment of the Dome which the Maker, Reed Richards, and the Children of Tomorrow erected in Northern Germany. The Dome's interior ages at an accelerated rate compared to the outside world. Over 900 years have passed inside the Dome, since it was first built, and it has long since become self-aware. It conspires with The Maker and his First Council.

When Tony Stark was held captive by the Children, Stark's self-concious technology interfacer brain tumor named Anthony convinced the City to rebel againts the Maker because of his master's counter-evolutionary acts of war and allowed Anthony to create a giant Iron Man Armor and use it against Richards, thus City became the new leader of the Children.
