HistoryEdit

The Corsair of Earth-9997's past mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart, being kidnapped by the Shi'Ar and later becoming the space pirate known as Corsair.

At some point in the recent past, Corsair would be joined in space by his son Alex Summers (Havok) and his girlfriend Lorna Dane (Polaris). Corsair would later contact his son Scott via holographic projection to warn him of an impending danger (probably the coming of the Celestials) and extend an offer to take him from Earth to avoid being the coming doom. Scott would however refuse.

Thanks to the ingenuity of the super-powered community, the Earth's destruction would never come to pass, and a few years later Corsair would return to Earth to attend the wedding of Medusa and King Britain. His current activities are unknown.
