Synopsis for "Riot on Regent Street!"Edit

Captain Britain saves D.I Fraser from the Vixen's mob and learns the tragic history of Dai Thomas, and we meet both a new supervillain-the diabolical Dr. Synne-and Brian Braddock's twin sister, Betsy!

• This issue marks the first appearance of Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock, the sister of Captain Britain (Brian Braddock), who at first is shown with no known powers and blonde-haired; however she would later go on to be the X-Men as Psylocke.
