History

A now abandoned Army base, where Steve Rogers first met Bucky Barnes. Some of Cap and Bucky's first adventures took place on or near the base. Steve Rogers served undercover as an Army private and Buchanan was an orphan who had been adopted as the Camp's mascot.

Steve Rogers was under constant scrutiny and was often assigned demeaning tasks by his Sergeant Mike Duffy. Duffy considered Rogers one of the most incompetent individuals he had ever met.
