Bob Hall has quite an extensive history in the comic industry as a writer, artist, and editor. His earliest Marvel work was on Champions and Super-Villain Team-Up.

Hall is the original artist and co-creator of the West Coast Avengers team. Hall also served as the regular artist on Avengers Vol 1 and penned issues of Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1. Bob Hall also served as assitant editor to Jim Shooter at Marvel Comics. Hall later joined Shooter at Valiant Comics. Hall currently resides and is quite active in Lincoln, Nebraska.
