History
Black Bolt and his fellow Inhumans were created by the Kree as weapons to consume whole planets, leaving the Kree as masters of the universe. The Inhumans ended up destroying the Kree's home world first, leaving the Kree to call upon Galactus for help. However, Galactus was killed when Black Bolt whispered "die". The shock wave unleashed was powerful enough to destroy both Black Bolt and Galactus as well as open up a rift that threatened to destroy the universe. In order to save the universe, the Inhumans drifted in space using their powers to close the rift. They were unable to at first, but Black Bolt, from the other side of the rift, contacted Medusa taught how to combine her powers with his and the other Inhumans to close the rift.[1]
