Biggie Benson was a mobster who hired Starr Saxon to use his Plastoid against Daredevil, who had interfered with his plot to frame Willie Lincoln^[1].
For a programming error, the robot chased him instead, smashing through the prison wall and entering his cell^[2].
Blasted by the prison guards with the Stunulator, the Plastoid collapsed and fell on top of Biggie Benson, killing him^[3].
