Ben Parker is the uncle of Peter Parker.

An alternate reality version of Ben's nephew bonded with the Carnage symbiote, forming Spider-Carnage, whose ambition was to destroy all of reality. Spider-Men from different realities, including Ben's nephew, teamed up to stop him.

One of the Spider-Men used Uncle Ben to console Spider-Carnage by reminding him of the Peter Parker inside and getting through to him. Peter was able to overpower the symbiote and stop himself, at the cost of his own life.
