History
Belgriun has long been a monarchy. In recent years the royal family began a more totalitarian approach, nationalizing all the industries and controlling profits. The citizens were essentially starving due to the strict financial controls.
A revolution soon formed. Lacking military strength, the group hired the Sinister Syndicate. The Syndicate accept the offer, planning to seize the royal treasury. During their attempted theft, the money was lost and distributed amongst the people.
