- ↑ When the WCA was first mentioned in New Avengers: The Reunion, it was said to be made up of ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who had been abducted by the Skrulls prior to their invasion of Earth and with S.H.I.E.L.D. disbanded, they had nowhere else to go. Presumably Bangs was one of these abductees.
