History

Captain Atlas worked with Doctor Minerva during the Kree/Shi'ar conflict called Galactic Storm, when they retrieved Captain Mar-Vell's Nega-Bands. Atlas wore the Nega-Bands for a short time, and used them to switch places with Rick Jones.
