History
Akatora was powerful criminal and used his long running hit series, about a sympathetic fire breathing prehistoric monster named Kojiro, to hide his many criminal activities. He had an unrevealed connection to The Hand, and under the orders of The Hand's master, Akatora was tasked with the capture of Wolverine's ward Amiko and brainwash her into becoming an assassin.[1]
