Agent K was an operative for the Canadian government. He was assigned to investigate allegations that the robot known as Machine Man directed the Hulk to enter Canada, where the Hulk destroyed a large amout of prime timberland. Furthermore, there was the possibility of a connection between Machine Man and the US government.
Agent K, along with Aurora, Northstar and Sasquatch undertook a covert mission to New York where the Alphans battled Machine Man. Agent K was able to discover that Senator Brickman, Machine Man's enemy, had framed Machine Man. With a little shuffling of the information, Agent K was able to frame Brickman for trying to enable foreign governments to control American elections.
