HistoryEdit

Toomes had designed a magnetic flight system and presented it to OsCorp. However, Norman Osborn rejected the designs and four months later, announced that OsCorp is developing Flight Tech. Toomes was furious but Osborn refused to apologize for it, stating that he does not have the credibility to prove he invented the system and that no one would believe that he, an old timer, would have done it. So he donned his flight suit, calling himself the Vulture (he had mistaken a remark from Osborn, as he actually called him a buzzard) and swooped in on Osborn, taking hostage to demand that he announce to the world that the flight tech is his invention, all the money he deserves and an immediate apology. However, Osborn adamantly refuses to do so and Spider-Man go in the way twice.

Toomes soon joined up with Doctor Octopus, Rhino, Sandman and Shocker in breaking out of prison and getting revenge on Spider-Man.

Seemingly those of Adrian Toomes (Earth-616)#Powers.

Abilities

Flight, sub-sonic speed.

Weaknesses

Flight pack can be punctured until reinforced, also flight helmet can be torn off. Also, if one of his wings is destroyed, he can't steer himself in the air.

Osborn called Toomes a buzzard but he misheard it as vulture.
