History

One of the small companies that form the ever-expanding web of Stark Enterprises, where Mr. Stark asked Abe Zimmer to remove a file from Transcorp's database ^[1].
He later informed Mr. Stark that one of the names in the file was erased as they copied it, so Stark guessed it was Stingray^[2].
Some days later, Zimmer was visited by Stark and Jim Rhodes to inject the tapeworm, a computer virus which will replicate itself in virtually every database in the world, erasing all data concerning the stolen Stark technology that was being used by terrorists, into the Transcorp database^[3].
Days later, the S.E. subsidiary exploded, as Firepower blew up a whole shipment^[4].
